We ensure to make your Refund policy Karkze easy and hassle free. Here is a proper guide that helps you out if you are thinking about making returns or want a refund.

Coconut Milk Powder

  • Before moving forward make sure that you make your return within 30 days, once the order is delivered towards you.
  • Make sure that items are sealed properly and not opened. If they are opened, then return policy will be cancelled.
  • Make sure that the items are undamaged and are in the original packaging if you want to qualify for the refund system.
  • For making a return, proof of purchase is necessary. (For e.g. Order confirmation)

Process

RETURN

  • You can initiate your returning or refunding process by contacting karkze customer service via using their email or phone number.

  • After contacting them and discussing why you want a Refund policy Karkze. When they approve your application, then they provide you the return address and further instructions that help you out for secure shipping.
  • For return shipping cost, Customers are responsible for paying them. But if the products are damaged from our side then karkze pays your shipping cost in return.
  • We will mail you a prepaid return slip within 48 hours. If you don't receive mail within 48 hours contact our customer service again.

REFUND

  • Once karkze received your items, then they inspect it clearly for any damage.
  • After approval, they will notify you of the status via your email address or on your ph no.
  • Your order takes almost 7 to 10 business days in whole processing, then refund your original payment back to you.
  • After 10 days, if you didn’t receive any notification. Then contact our customer service as soon as possible.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

You can return or refund your item within 30 days. After this time period, refund or return will not be acceptable.

Exchange defective item

  • If your order is defective then contact us within 48 hours after delivering the item. After 48 hours we will not accept requests for exchanging damaged products.
  • Aalso share photos of damaged products.
  • If the problem is from our side we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Refuse to accept

  • If you refuse to receive the order then you will receive a refund once we get back our item.
  • You will not be charged for the return shipping cost.
  • But if by mistake you order a double product. Then, Karkze is not responsible for your double orders.

NOTE: If products get lost during the return process. If the products are unable to return to our warehouse, then we will not be responsible to refund you. We only refund you when products are received at the warehouse and inspected carefully.
